What include my retouching:

• cleaning face
• make-up fixing
• flyaways hair deleting
• wrinkles and blemishes in clothing deleting
• dodge&burn
• frequency separation with saving the skin texture and natural volumes
• skin blurring (if needed)
• cleaning the background (removal of unnecessary objects, shoe marks, etc.)
• color & light correction.

After that :

• color grading (will be the best if you will show me the reference)
• adding a shining look to the skin and hair
• using Liquify for clothes and hair (if needed)
