Once the first updates have been sent, the order cannot be refunded.

Refunds will only be accepted if the order was placed in error within the first 3 days of purchase.

Terms:

Usually I will send the first updates after a few days of receiving the order, you can check the status of your order by sending me a message on the order page.

I may need an extra couple of days to order if my commissions are full or your emote ideas are difficult.

Please make sure to send a detailed description of each emote, and if you have a reference it is better.
